These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and betcom ("betcom," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the betcom online gaming platform, website located at https://betcom.cam, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any betcom Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use betcom Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines when accessing the Platform
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or regulation
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from betcom or any other gambling service
• You have not had an account with betcom previously terminated for breach of these Terms

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of betcom Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) betcom account. Opening multiple accounts, creating duplicate accounts, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. betcom employs sophisticated detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, betcom reserves the right to close all accounts, void bets, confiscate winnings, and forfeit account balances.

2.4 Verification and KYC

betcom is required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and any other documentation betcom reasonably requires to verify your identity. betcom reserves the right to suspend accounts or withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of verification procedures.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betcom username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You agree to immediately notify betcom of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. betcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your betcom account, whether authorized by you or not. betcom will treat all actions performed using your login credentials as actions taken by you personally. You agree to indemnify betcom against any claims, losses, or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to betcom during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

betcom accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), cryptocurrency wallets, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your betcom account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity. You further warrant that you are the rightful owner of all funds deposited and that you are authorized to use the payment methods employed. betcom reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds and to refuse deposits or freeze accounts pending satisfactory explanation of fund origins.

4.3 Third-Party Deposits

betcom strictly prohibits deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts belonging to other individuals will be rejected. Violation of this provision may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Deposit Errors

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all deposit information. betcom will not be liable for deposits sent to incorrect account numbers, wrong payment channels, or third-party accounts as a result of your error. Any deposits mistakenly credited to your account must be reported immediately. betcom reserves the right to correct account balances affected by processing errors.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

betcom processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Standard processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 24 to 72 hours. betcom reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds or requiring additional verification.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your betcom account withdrawal section. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account status and verification level. betcom reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion and to impose additional limits on accounts suspected of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, even if no bonus is claimed. Deposits used in conjunction with bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable Bonus Terms and Conditions. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request and potential account restrictions.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

betcom does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per week) may be subject to administrative fees at betcom's discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

betcom offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Bonus eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates are specified in the Bonus Terms and Conditions applicable to each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus Terms and Conditions in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

betcom strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other activity intended to gain unfair advantage. betcom employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately terminated, all bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.

6.3 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

betcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be cancelled if betcom reasonably suspects bonus abuse, breach of Bonus Terms, or violation of these general Terms. betcom's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, compliance with wagering requirements, and bonus abuse are final and binding.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

You agree to engage in fair play at all times when using betcom Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, manipulation of game outcomes, coordinated betting patterns, and any other activity that provides unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of gaming operations.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on betcom is governed by specific rules which are accessible through the game interface. You agree to familiarize yourself with and comply with the rules of any game you choose to play. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets will be void, and stakes will be refunded to affected players' accounts. betcom will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of stakes. betcom reserves the right to void any bets placed during or resulting from a malfunction period.

7.4 Bet Limits

betcom imposes maximum bet limits which vary by game type, account status, and active bonus conditions. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. betcom reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and to impose special limits on accounts exhibiting irregular betting patterns.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion from betcom for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests must be made through customer support and, once implemented, cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. betcom will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded individuals from creating new accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content, software, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials available on the betcom Platform are owned by or licensed to betcom and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The betcom name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of betcom. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

9.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials from the betcom Platform without express written permission. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform. Commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

The betcom Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. betcom does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betcom disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, betcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. betcom's total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your account during the three months preceding the claim.

10.3 Force Majeure

betcom shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service provider failures.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by betcom

betcom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, abuse bonuses, or for any other reason betcom deems necessary to protect its operations or other users. Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, pending bets, and bonus funds.

11.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting betcom customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements and wagering obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at betcom's sole discretion.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. betcom reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Notice of dormancy and fee imposition will be sent to the registered email address prior to fee deduction.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding betcom Services, you must first contact our customer support team through the channels provided on the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. All complaints should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the incident giving rise to the complaint.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of betcom Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved through customer support may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and betcom regarding the use of the Platform and Services, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.

13.3 Waiver

betcom's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of betcom.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without betcom's prior written consent. betcom may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party at any time without your consent or notice.
